1.
A Little Bit More Watch out girl with ya’ rollerskates ’cause the rules of the traffic makes it run with haste take care in those bad curves ’cause you know next straight can heale your mind n’ nerves Beware with ya’ ponytails your short skirt turnin’ so many heads you should get back to your ma’ and pa’ the night’s coming cold, dark and wild You shouldn’t look back if you wanna get forward keep on rollin’ before you stop just a little bit more Look out for that greedy man he takes big bites and deep goes his claw even he’s framed in the cops cam he pretends to stand above the law
2.
Fall & Apart 03:40
Fall & Apart You told me to go my way I’m sneakin out the backdoor ’cause I couldn’t stay I constantly feel on edge It can’t stay like this if we’re lookin’ for some faith Both hurt and aware of what we get out of this despair maybe we should quit for good walk our different ways to find some sense of peace When it all seems to fall apart and we’re movin’ around alone you come sneakin’ in whispering words that sound so loud Again it seems calm for a while making amends for transgressions that we’ve made soon those dark clouds arrive surprising us with the strength of its storm
3.
High Wire 04:02
High Wire High wire walking, no looking back execution competition, a rat race track One step at the time, no turnin’ back holding still the counter weight Don’t lay your eyes down straighten up, intensify try to reach a steady ground loose the head, loose the mind uuh, intensify Not a soft landing, after slippin’ off the wire takin blindfolded steps on a swindling rope how to wrap our heads around this world we won’t stop after every stone is turned Blind to all beauty, to a heaven down here should refound, don’t we know how?
4.
She Gets Close They can tie me up with a limb restraint I really don’t care lock me down into a cornerless room I still do get the same share I have my share, I do get same share They can fill me up with tranquilizers shoot me calm with some sedatives ”Take these down to get off the hook” they say I got into She still do get too close into my privacy I would gladly take any amount of depressants if it could ease my pain but in my mind I’ll keep confronting her again and again
5.
My mother told me... beware of the strangers and I almost took her for granted while my pa’s advice was -- ”oh son, you better reach out your arms wide open ’cause you get in return -- only what you send” No wonder why I’m filled up with this suspiciousness I built up a tower with tricky answers and I thought I was there as a humble servant but the closer to the fire... the bigger the shadow grew behind me And it feels to be like an on going trial with one bitter end tell me how to survive this pained state ’cause what we get in return -- only what we do send We get in return only what we send
6.
Dying Moon 03:31
Dying Moon It was the dying moon, what let us two simultaneosly get out of the tune both blaming each other for the wrong things we share and do words I received changed my heart for real I never deleted any of the mail that you wrote and send but then one day it came to its bitter end In the name of zeros and ones I curse that day, what all by sudden came on our way Hard to believe it, what I saw with my own eyes if I could undo the click, what took me to your secret site My own senses got me into a mal(e)function after I found the page called ”Heat Junction” and there she was, my love in a thumbnail my sweet angel challenging me to a fore-play
7.
Towards The Heat There is no place for us to rest lets drift another night until the dawn we have pierced our souls for good now to chase those flashy spins on the dance floor When this city falls asleep we have just begun to show our Determination for the groove how we move towards the heat towards the heat A new day’s fading into late hours let’s go out to the streets again and again without any pain we’ll stay awake we’ll keep dancing on the fast lane
8.
The Oncoming 03:37
The Oncoming From the oncoming, I sometimes want to hide long before it comes and hits me, I will close my eyes No you should not blame me, of the negligence I do wear ’cause I always felt bit astranged, when pieces did not fit together Still the morning sun makes me feel so good I wonder why I feel this way Should I stand stronger, be ready for the struggle my hands makin’ those decisions, to reach out for the bottle After few day or so, I’ll come back like a beaten dog with no self-confidence at all, beggin’ you not to leave me alone
9.
Last Fall 03:33
Last Fall Could it be like some claim, we must hold the smile upon our face or maybe some other way - few tears don’t need a hiding place Could it be like some say, only truth likes words on pages if you don’t live upon this tale, you’ll be damned for ages Contradictions leading us into troubled waters when we act like we don’t react at all intuition failing under this pressure ’cause you know we’re heading for our last fall Should it be our trade, for a few nickels and some spare change we all run until we fade, blind to see or even care could it be our end, the last waltz for humanity and if we lose our pretentious defence, could it turn this destructive gravity
10.
Ditches 03:41
Ditches Only a little song about how we treat each other it’s written on your backbone take care of your sister and brother tell me for what do we need these knifes for backstabbing like we were born old and wise without any kind of understanding Why dig those ditches deeper is it so hard to find each others hand? don’t pretend to be a leash keeper leading your sisters to a splintered land If you let mean words out from your mouth there’s no earthly way to ever get those back how to deal with those evil thoughts and the marks you leave on your track So get rid of those harmful chains respect, love and be true ’cause you can’t run, hide or escape all the keys are behind you.

about

On this record, punchy and intense rhythms Of Deep Funk meet the mellow and delicate moods of Smooth Soul. The combination of these two different sides of soul music keeps the album vibrant and versatile.
